Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Blessed Squad (“the app”, “we”), operated by Blessed Fit Couple, collects, uses and protects information. Contact: contact@blessedfitcouple.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, profile photo (optional), time zone and role on the team.
- Information you enter: daily activity counts, priorities, schedules, goals, habits, notes, prospect and client records, club sales and closeouts.
- Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
- Notifications: if you turn on reminders, we store your browser's push subscription so we can deliver them.
- Google Calendar (optional): if you connect Google Calendar, see the section below.
How we use information
- To provide the app's features to you and, where you are part of a team, to show your team leaders the activity summaries the app is designed to share.
- To send the reminders and announcements you have chosen to receive.
- To keep the app secure and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the app requests permission to create, update and delete calendar events (the calendar.events scope). We use this access only to add your follow-ups, scheduled blocks and team events from The Blessed Squad to your Google Calendar and to keep those events up to date. We do not read, store or analyze your other calendar events. Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only for this sync. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Calendar or from your Google Account's security settings, and we will stop syncing.
The Blessed Squad's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the feature, for security, or as required by law, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
Sharing
We use service providers to run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (hosting) and your browser's push service (notifications). They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Security and retention
Data is protected with encryption in transit, row-level access rules so members see only what they are allowed to see, and encrypted storage of third-party tokens. We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing contact@blessedfitcouple.com.
Your choices
- Edit your profile and notification settings at any time in Settings.
- Disconnect Google Calendar at any time.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by email.
Children
The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

We will post updates to this page and change the date above.
