By using The Blessed Squad (“the app”), operated by Blessed Fit Couple, you agree to these terms.
The app
The app is a planning and tracking tool for members of our team of independent distributors. It is provided free of charge and may change over time. It is an independent tool and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Herbalife. Nothing in the app is medical, financial or income advice, and the app does not guarantee any business results.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for the information you enter, including information about your prospects and clients. Only add people's contact details if you have a legitimate reason to contact them, and respect their wishes not to be contacted.
- Follow your distributor agreement and applicable laws, including rules on product and income claims and on texting and emailing people.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to access data you are not permitted to see, or use it to send spam.
Ending access
You can stop using the app at any time. Team administrators may remove access, for example when someone leaves the team.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Blessed Fit Couple is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
